However, having an idea of how to answer this question can remove a lot of stress. It will ensure you are communicating the key points you want to get across. Ask questions and listen
One of the biggest misconceptions about networking is that it’s all about you. The truth is, it’s not. Everyone is there to network. Be sure to ask other people questions, find out what they do and listen to their answers. Even if that person isn’t in the same industry as you or is someone you don’t necessarily want to connect with. Be gracious and hear people out. You never know who that person knows or what opportunities they can connect you to.
